For Best Results

1. Chill propane tank for 1 hr in a freezer.
   
2. Thread adapter on propane adapter and thread 1 lb tank to adapter
3. open propane valve and turn the tank upside down
4. wait a couple minutes and turn propane tank back up 
5. Turn off propane valve and unscrew
6. Enjoy your filled up 1 lb propane tank
